Self Compassion

Self Compassion is the act of turning kindness towards the self by regarding ourselves as we would a dear loved one.

Learning to treat ourselves with compassion is one of the most fundamental steps we can take to improve our lives and reach our goals. Rather than being critical or judgmental when we inevitably make mistakes or come up against challenges, a self-compassionate stance actually supports us in having the strength to make the next best decision for our wellbeing.
